Taaffeite Collectibles welcomes your questions or comments regarding the shipping.
We offer worldwide* insured shipping for free to all our customers. To protect our customers as best as possible, we use the Incoterms® 2020 Delivered At Place (DAP). We arrange and pay for the transport to the agreed destination. If you are not a resident of the European Union, you are responsible for paying possible import duties, VAT and any other possible customs charges. If necessary, you are responsible for arranging local import documents (for example, an import permit).
* Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Additionally, we are not able to deliver to countries where restrictions for import are active on items such as art, antiques and/or collectibles.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Timeline
The shipping method is determined by the size and weight of the item being shipped, the materials from which the object is fabricated and the amount the item is worth that needs to be insured. Taaffeite Collectibles works together with several B2B shipping companies to determine the best shipping method.
About Estimated Delivery Time
Items will ship from The Netherlands. Delivery times are determined by the size and weight of the item being shipped and are estimated and cannot be guaranteed.
What happens after placing an order?
Once the payment is received, we will arrange the most appropriate shipment. All necessary shipping information including track and trace code will be provided by us through email as well as the automatically generated invoice. Your collectible is on its way! Thank you for shopping with us.
Changing an Address on a Shipment
Please contact us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org or +31 6 18 25 91 85 to request an address change. Note that we may not be able to accommodate address changes once your order has been processed or shipped.
Holding Shipments (Requests for Delay of Delivery)
If you wish to delay the delivery of your shipment, please contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com or +31 6 18 25 91 85 to determine whether we can accommodate your request. The following terms will apply for deliveries that are delayed upon request:
- the merchandise being delivered in that shipment will be final sale and returns will not be accepted on the purchase,
- it will be your responsibility to coordinate the delivery with your selected shipper,
- you will be responsible for additional storage fees charged by the shipper; storage fees will vary depending on the shipper and the duration of the delay.
Items ordered together in one single order will be shipped together (if possible, depending on size and weight). Items ordered in different orders may not be shipped together.
Track an Order
You will receive a shipping notification via email upon shipment of all or part of your order. Additional shipping updates may be provided by email including track and trace codes.
